Remodel of the first and second floors of an existing office building, +/- 7,672 sq.ft., to better accommodate the Jenkins Athens Insurance offices. The remodeled area included new meeting rooms, offices, a training room, a mailroom and an equipment room. Architectural Services included Schematic Design, Construction Documents and Bidding & Construction Administration Phases, and Disabled Access Upgrades.
