New Mixed-Use Retail Center, Conceptual Stage, Livermore, CA.

The project involves the provision of architectural design services for a new retail center on a vacant site with an area of approximately 6.2 acres, located at the southwest corner of North Canyons Parkway and Airway Blvd. in Livermore, CA. The project is to include the following buildings and/or uses: Full Service Restaurant, Quick Service Restaurant, Retail Sales, Possible Offices, Visitors Center with offices, meeting rooms, gift shop and wine tasting room, Outdoor patios or terraces. It is intended that the center will have an integrated design such that the buildings, parking, landscaping and pedestrian walkways present a high quality appearance with an appeal to patrons of the wine industry. Further the design shall recognize and conform, to the extent feasible with the local "scenic corridor" ordinance.
