| The project consists of a new multi-use, multi-story complex with parking on the existing service station site at the southwest corner of Mt. Diablo Blvd. and North California Blvd. and the existing restaurant site on the northwest corner of Cypress Street and North California Blvd. in Walnut Creek. All or portions of some adjoining sites could be included in the project in the future. The project could be divided into separate projects for the sites. |
