| A new building to replace one that had burned down, +/- 1,721 sq.ft. The pro-shop included the retail sales area, dressing rooms, stock area and a small office. The toilet rooms included showers and changing areas. Architectural Services included Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding and Construction Administration Phases. |
