Often, design projects require government agency entitlements such as Design Review Approval, Use Permits, Zoning Changes and General Plan Amendments, before a building permit can be obtained. 

Architectural Network, Inc. provides the necessary drawings, exhibits, renderings, written descriptions and completed forms for application and agency approval. We work closely with the agency staff's and the owner during the application processing period and we provide project representation at public hearings as well as the community at large.
